We are pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Monday 20th November 2023 at 7pm in Arches Community Hall.

The meeting will be chaired by George Graham and will follow the attached agenda.

If you are unable to attend the AGM you may wish to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on your behalf by completing and returning the enclosed form.  This must reach ARCHES’ office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Anyone who wishes to have a resolution presented to the members at the Annual General Meeting should notify their business to the Secretary in writing fourteen days prior to the date of the meeting, for inclusion in the full agenda.

Also, anyone wishing to make a nomination to the Board of Directors should do so in writing to the Secretary not less than fourteen days before the AGM.

Many of you will remember that our Articles of Association allow us to communicate with members by email and via our website in accordance with section 1147 of the Companies Act 2006.

Accordingly, members who have not requested paper documentation can find the formal notice of meeting, accounts for the year ended 31st December 2022, special resolution, retirement and election of directors, and proxy form on our website.

The input and participation of all our members is important to our ongoing work for the community and we hope you will be able to attend on the 20th November 2023.

Yours sincerely,

George Graham
