At ARCHES, we run an accredited Food Hygiene course:

Whether you are cooking in your own home or need your Food Hygiene certificate for work this is the course for you. Did you know that Food Safety Standards require those working in the hospitality/food industry to complete this course every three years?

2 Week Course (6 hours)
Usually two consecutive Monday Evenings

Topics Covered:
Introduction to food safety
Food safety hazards
Taking temperatures
Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding of foods
Cooking, hot holding and re-heating of foods
Food Handlers
Principles of safe storage
Food premises and equipment
